Median Sale Price
This month as well we see another 7.7% jump in median sale price over last year. We’ll see if this trend continues and we begin to see the median price start to move up again.
Closed Sales
Closed sales continue to drop as this month we saw a 34.9% reduction in closed sales.
New Listings
Looks like listings are starting to come back as we see this 13.2% year over year increase and a 52.2% month to month increase in new listings.
Median Days on Market
The median days on market seems to keep hovering around the 50 day mark.
