When we decided to sell our house, we contacted a realtor we knew, and unfortunately we did not get any results, mostly because our realtor did not produce any marketing plan. We were very disappointed until we got a brochure from Monico, who explained why we hadn’t sold our house, and why he was offering his services to achieve the goal where the previous realtor had failed. We studied his proposal and found it substantial enough to call him for a person to person meeting. During the meeting, Monico explained what his marketing plan would be, we were convinced, and we signed with him. Immediately after, Monico started with a team of professional photographers to produce a stunning brochure of our house. As soon as the pictures were loaded to his listed home sites, and after an open house, we began to see a constant flow of people wanting to visit the house. Then Covid-19 hit us all, and restrictions in viewing homes stopped the prospective buyers from visiting. However, Monico was active contacting previous interested parties, and even got offers. Soon after viewing was resumed, and offers came in, we choose the one which he suggested was the most favorable for us, and we agreed, and the sale and closing were done in record time.
