Nothing unexpected this month as we continue the soft market combined with the slow part of the season. We still expect the market to begin moving in a more positive direction as we enter the next selling season.

Median Sale Price
The median sale price had a nice little jump of 4.5% for December over last year.
Closed Sales
Closed sales in December were 36.9% lower than they were last December. This is expected in this softening market.
New Listings
New listings again were 21.6% higher than last year. However, month over month was saw a 24.1% drop.
Median Days on Market
The median days on market continues it’s upward momentum increasing just over 80% from last year.
