If I could give him 1000 stars, it wouldn’t be enough!
My wife and I used Monico for both the sale of our current home and purchase of a new one. The stress one generally feels when doing just one of these things was mitigated by our realtor: Monico. He made looking for a home fun, was always willing to show us properties he absolutely knew we wouldn’t buy just go give us peace of mind. He (and his wife) are professional, fun, laid back, knowledgeable, and most of all, invested in their clients finding the RIGHT home. If I could give him 1000 stars, it wouldn’t be enough!
